The Site and Services may not be exploited for commercial purposes without Serein's express permission. Serein reserves the right to refuse service if user conduct violates applicable law or harms Serein, other users, or affiliates.
2. Site Account:
Users may register for a free account, bearing responsibility for all associated activity and passwords. The Site is not liable for unauthorized account access or any resulting loss of virtual items.
3. Access to Site and Services:
Serein offers free and unlimited access to both the Site and Services.
4. Submission:
No obligation is assumed regarding any submission. All submissions become the property of the Site and its affiliates, with no entitlement to compensation for the User.
5. Verification:
Users may undergo verification procedures to ensure payment legitimacy. Submitted information may be disclosed to affiliates to prevent unauthorized payments.
6. Third-Party Content:
Accuracy or reliability of third-party content cannot be guaranteed. Serein and its affiliates do not endorse opinions or advice from unauthorized sources. Users are responsible for evaluating information obtained through the Site.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

8. Termination of Service:

11. Donation/Payment Policy:
All donations/payments made are non-refundable, even upon termination or expiration of this agreement. Once payment is made, no refund will be issued.

Hello, and welcome to Serein MMO!
The following list is a non-exhaustive list of rules all players are expected to follow. Please note that while all offensive behaviours may not be present of this list, we expect players to behave respectfully around every other person they will encounter on Serein MMO.
Additionally, please note that Serein MMO staff members reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis, and the actions taken by the staff might differ depending on the case.
Finally, we expect anyone to be able to enjoy Serein MMO. May one or several players disturb this, they will be punished accordingly.
1. General Note
Before we dive down into the specifics, here are some general things to know:
1.1 As stated on the registration page, all players are expected to read and acknowledge all rules. Not knowing about a rule will not be accepted as an excuse.
1.2 Serein MMO owns all accounts and characters created on the server.
1.3 May you encounter a violation of these rules, reporting the matter to a staff member is the action to take.
2. Expected behaviour
These rules are the behaviour expected from all players on all services of Serein MMO.
2.1 Any form of harassment is strictly forbidden.
2.2 Refusing to cooperate with a staff member asking something from you is strictly forbidden.
2.3 Defaming Serein MMO or any of its staff member publicly is strictly forbidden.
3. Exploits / Third-Party Softwares
Any of the following behaviours will result in a permanent ban if found guilty:
3.1 Exploiting a known or unknown bug to get any kind of game advantage.
3.2 Using any kind of third-party tool to modify the memory of the client.
3.3 Using any kind of third-party tool to automate gameplay. Please note macros are allowed.
3.4 Using any kind of third-party tool in order to take advantage of the game.
3.4 Any kind of item duplication using bugs.
4. Real world trading
Any of the following behaviours will result in a permanent ban if found guilty:
4.1 Attempting any kind of trade between Serein MMO items/currencies and real-life items/currencies.
4.2 Attempting any kind of trade between Serein MMO items/currencies and other games' items/currencies.
4.2 Attempting any kind of trade between Serein MMO items/currencies and other servers' items/currencies.
4.3 Offering any kind of trade between Serein MMO items/currencies and any outside items/currencies.
5. Account Sharing
Please note that account sharing is allowed on Serein MMO. However, the following applies:
5.1 You are sharing accounts at your own risk.
5.2 Any kind of item or currency stolen from a shared account will not be refunded.
5.3 You are responsible for other players' activity on your account. Punishments will not be lifted, even if the account owner is not the offender.
5.4 Any account shared with a player who is about to be permanently banned from Serein MMO will also be banned.
6. Scamming
Please note that all decisions are made by you, and items/currencies will not be refunded. This includes (non-exhaustive):
6.1 Lending money to another player, and that other player not sending the money back.
6.2 Selling an item for the wrong price in a Private Shop/NPC Shop/Trade.
6.3 Buying any item at the wrong price in a Private Shop/Trade.
7. Advertisement of external services
The following is strictly forbidden and will lead to punishments:
7.1 Posting outside links to other servers or such.
7.2 Publicly suggesting players leave Serein MMO to try any other server.
7.3 Advertising other servers on any of Serein MMO's services.
8. Behaviour towards staff
The following is strictly forbidden and will lead to punishments:
8.1 Insulting a staff member or behaving poorly towards them.
8.2 Publicly defaming Serein MMO or any of its staff members.
8.3 Refusing to comply to a staff member's request when they are enforcing the rules.
9. Obscene content
The following is strictly forbidden and will lead to punishments:
9.1 Linking to any explicit website on any Serein MMO service.
9.2 Posting text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content.
